Although we clean upholstery by hand, we still use professional cleaning products developed to remove dirt, oils, and stains. Our approach is similar to our carpet-cleaning philosophy: use the right cleaning solution for the material and condition rather than simply using more water or more aggressive cleaning.

Our Encapsulator cleaning solution is part of the products we use where appropriate. For more difficult stains and heavily soiled upholstery, our optional Stain Away treatment may also be considered when appropriate for the fabric. Our technicians determine what makes sense for the upholstery rather than automatically using the same treatment on every piece of furniture.
