How long will the carpets take to dry?
The low-moisture carpet process uses far less water than traditional extraction. Most carpets dry in about 2–6 hours, depending on the carpet and conditions in the home.
Is the process suited to homes with children and pets?
Yes. The naturally based products are selected with family homes in mind, and the carpet-cleaning process avoids butyls and chlorinated solvents.
Do you clean Berber, wool, and delicate rugs?
Yes. The fibre and construction are inspected first so the cleaning method can be matched to the carpet, upholstery, or rug, including specialized equipment for Berber carpets.
How is carpet cleaning priced?
Carpet cleaning is priced by the square foot. Share an estimated area if you have one, or ask us to help confirm the measurement. The current rate and quote are discussed before work begins.
Can every stain be removed?
No professional cleaner can promise that every stain will disappear. The fibre, substance, age of the spot, and products previously used can all affect the result. Tell us what happened so we can set a realistic expectation.
What should I do before the appointment?
Pick up small objects and let us know about fragile items, access concerns, pets, and the areas you want cleaned. We can discuss furniture and any other preparation when the appointment is confirmed.
