Stain Erase Pads: Mechanical Action That Loosens Soil
We like to keep things simple. Instead of filling our website with complicated technical terminology, we call some of the important parts of our system what they actually do.
On the bottom of our cleaning machines are specialized scrub pads that work the cleaning solution into the carpet fibres. We call them our Stain Erase Pads.
As the machine works across the carpet, these pads provide the mechanical action needed to loosen embedded soil and help break up spots and stains. The combination of professional equipment, the right cleaning solution, and mechanical agitation is an important part of getting a thorough clean.
Our Low-Moisture Encapsulator
Our primary cleaning shampoo is what we call our Encapsulator. Low-moisture encapsulation cleaning is designed to surround soil with microscopic particles of cleaning solution. As the carpet dries, the encapsulated soil can then be removed through normal vacuuming.
One of the major advantages of this approach is that we don’t need to saturate your carpets with large amounts of water. That means less moisture is left behind and faster drying compared with many high-moisture cleaning processes.
Stain Away for Heavily Soiled or Stained Carpets
Some carpets need more than our standard Encapsulator. For older, heavily soiled, or particularly stained carpets, we offer an optional two-part cleaning system: our regular Encapsulator and a peroxide-based additive we call Stain Away.
Stain Away provides an additional level of cleaning power and can be an excellent choice for carpets dealing with challenging stains such as:
- Pet stains
- Coffee stains
- Red wine stains
- Food stains
- Older or heavily soiled carpet
The peroxide-based chemistry is designed to break down as the cleaning process progresses. We select our cleaning products with your home environment in mind, particularly because carpets are often where children and pets spend a great deal of time.
Why We Use Less Water
One of the biggest differences between our process and high-moisture carpet cleaning is simple: we use much less water. Less water means your carpets don’t have to remain wet for extended periods, and you can get back to using your rooms sooner. Our goal is to thoroughly clean your carpet without unnecessarily soaking it.

What Professional Cleaning Removes

Regular vacuuming is essential, but professional cleaning periodically removes accumulated soil that household vacuuming cannot completely address.
Our institutional-grade equipment can clean approximately 2,000 square feet per hour, and we send two experienced technicians to your home. An average-size home can often be cleaned in approximately an hour.
A Realistic Approach to Difficult Stains
Our Stain Erase Pads, Encapsulator, and optional Stain Away system allow us to approach many difficult stains with more than one tool. However, we are also realistic about stain removal. Some stains can permanently alter or damage carpet fibres and may not be completely removable.
Pet urine can be particularly challenging if it has penetrated through the carpet backing and into the underlay. In those situations, additional treatment may be necessary.
