Troy and Darcy were amazing, I was moving and needed to do the carpets quick within the week and they were able to fit me in. I tried calling other services and no one can give a quote over the phone. Every just gave me a basic price and the said there is add ons for this and that and closet were an extra 20 bucks. A magic wand just gave me a price based on sq/ft and was direct. Even though it was not exact it actually ended up being less than what they estimated on the phone because it was a little less carpet space. The equipment they use is not the old style and got out a stain that I have been trying to get out forever. Very professional, very friendly, very fair for price. Still not done moving, but they will definitely get another call from me for the new place shortly. Good job guys!!!!
